We learn by doing
There is no substitute to sitting in with a experienced clinician, and watching procedures live, talking through the process and seeing minor complications and how to manage them.
What to Expect
- We will have a short discussion to find out the kind of procedures that you are looking to see and what you are looking to achieve.
- Lets check our diary and offer you days where we are carrying out the kind of treatments you are looking to see, and book you in on those days.
- Before the session, we will have a zoom call to go over the cases we will see on the day, and you will understand the planning behind the cases.
- After the clinical day, we will get something to eat, where we can discuss more cases or anything else that we can help with.
- For three months after the clinical day(s) you will be able to communicate with Dr Sehmi via telegram, where he regularly shares the complex cases he treats, and you can ask questions directly.
- You will also get access to a host of online courses to learn key aspects of performing at this level.
Types of procedures that we regularly carry out
These procedures are some that we routinely carry out, and you will be welcome to sit in or assist in.
- Simple, Delayed dental implant placement.
- Immediate placement, or immediate loaded dental implants.
- Full arch dental implant placement and loading (All on 4)
- Connective tissue grafting
- Bone grafting, autogenous grafts, synthetic grafts, Khoury plates (less common)
- Smile Design with and without dental implants.
- Extractions and occasional explants.

Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
If you are unsatisfied with your coaching, reach out to us to see if your purchase is eligible for a refund.
If you have not yet had the clinical days then we can offer refunds, if you have bought multiple days and only want to attend less than you ordered, then we will charge the single day rate for the days attended.
How do I schedule my appointment?
Upon purchasing coaching, you'll receive further instructions on how to book a time for your appointment.
Most of the time we will give you options for the procedures you are most interested in.
Can I purchase coaching more than once?
Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of coaching more than once, simply purchase the coaching again.
Can I come on a Saturday?
We don't have clinics on every Saturday, and if we do, they are usually only half days.
How long can I access the online Courses?
This is typically 3 months, the same as the access that you have to the premium Telegram Channel
